Carver Dance Center opened in September, 1973. That was thirty-eight years ago! I never imagined, on that opening day Carver Dance Center would become what it is today, nor could I imagine my life without CDC.
They say "all good things must come to an end" and so it goes for my career as a dance teacher and as director of the Carver Dance Center, Inc. Even though I am retiring, the Carver Dance Center, Inc. will continue on, under the direction of Jennifer Brown.
Most of you know Jennifer and know she has been with the CDC since the age of three. Over the past few years Jennifer has been training and preparing for the position of owner and director of the Carver Dance Center, Inc. She, along with the other members of our talented staff, will continue the CDC tradition of quality dance education. (I think you will agree I have been blessed with an incredible staff!)
I want to thank all the wonderful people of Carver (and surrounding towns) for welcoming me into your town, and for the priviledge of teaching your children. Thank you also, to my wonderful staff, for all your enthusiasm, talent and love. I will miss all of you and I will treasure the memories of thirty-eight fantastic years at the Carver Dance Center, Inc.
My love to you all,
