Fall Recital Performance Schedule

Hi Dance Families,

Below is the time table for each dance. I tried to keep all the dances for each students in a 2–3 hour time frame so it would not affect anyone’s whole day. However, there may be a few exceptions.

As I have mentioned before, this will not run like a typical recital. We are having the children perform so we can record their dances and put it together in a recital format. We are allowing each students parents and siblings to come watch them perform. We ask that you respect this limitation so we can keep the number of people attending to the amount we are allowed according to state guidelines.

To keep things running smoothly we have developed as system.

  1. The first time on the list is your arrival time. Please do not be late. The next time listed is the estimated performance time When the class is ready to go on the stage we are unable to wait for those students that are not there or forgot part of their costumes.
  2. When you arrive students need to go to check in area. We do not have super moms at this event so please do not just drop off your young dancer.
  3. After the class is checked in they will be brought to the set up area where a teacher will put them in order to go on stage.
  4. At this point you may go wait in line for the seating area. Please bring your own chair or blanket to sit on.
  5. The class will then perform their dance.

A. If this is your students only dance you will exit the seating area to the right (stage left) and meet your child at the exit. You are now free to go home and enjoy the rest of your day.

B. If your student is in tap and jazz or back to back dances they will need to go change as quickly as possible into their next costume and go to the set up area as soon as they are done. We are planning on setting up an outdoor changing area. You can also have them go back to the car to change. You may leave your chair or  blanket where it is, go-out the exit side of the seating area and help them change, then re-enter through the entrance side of the seating area.

  1. If your student is in another dance but has a good amount of time in between we ask that you exit the seating area to keep our audience numbers within the guidelines and have a snack at the car, run home for a quick break, take a walk, or anything else you would like to do.
  2. After your child performs their last dance you will meet them at exit and they can leave for the day

Spectators must wear mask and students must wear masks while they are waiting.  Each teacher will let their class know if they will be wearing masks during the performance as well.

This event will be held outside at the Carver Middle/High school on Saturday, October 17th. Times are listed below.
